The terms under which Tenavora provides access to the platform and related services.
Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the Tenavora platform, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
This is a placeholder document. Final language will be reviewed by legal counsel before general availability.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Probe or test the vulnerability of the platform without prior written permission
- Resell or sublicense access without an Enterprise agreement
Security researchers acting in good faith should disclose findings to [email protected] under our responsible disclosure policy.
Subscription & billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Per-user pricing is based on active users in the billing period
- Refunds are pro-rated for annual plans canceled mid-term
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Service level agreement
SLA terms depend on your plan tier and are documented separately. Service credits are the sole remedy for SLA breaches.
Data ownership
You own your data. We process it as a data processor on your behalf. Upon contract termination, you may export your data for 30 days; after that we delete it per our retention policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Tenavora is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
